How to make your purchase?
1a. E-mail to AmourApparel@gmail.com
With your particulars,
Name: Order No: ( The Clothing Code number )

1b. If you are ordering customized t-shirts for events.
Please place the order with : Customized Tee Quality No: **
And send the design through attachments in the email.
2. You will recieve a email from AmourApparel@gmail.com,
Confirmation note will be attached in the mail.
3. Reply the confirmation mail accordingly, With the following steps,
Make payment thru UOB transfer / POSB transfer Once we received the payment,
Within 7 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday,
The goods will arrive through registered mail OR
You have to go to the nearest POST OFFICE OUTLET to collect it.
***No Cancellation or refunds of the money once the transactions and payment is made.***
How payment can be made?
All payments must be made within 7 days of confirmation.
Otherwise, the order will be cancelled immediately without prior notice.
Payments can be transacted through:
1)POSBank ATM or I-Banking transfer
2)UOB - ATM or I-Banking transfer
3)Cash through delivery in person.
4)Paypal - Easier and safer transactions
How the goods will be handed to you?
1.Person to Person Delivery. Buyer have to make an appointment.
2.Normal Postages beared by the buyer.
3.Registered Postage beared by buyer.
For Oversea postage, fee will be reconfirmed with you before you make a payment.
Mechandise will be delivered right at your doorstep,
However if there is no one at home,
The Mail will be send back to the Post office for self-collection.
Article number will be send to you upon your request.

Regarding exchange and refunds.
1) Exchange and refunds is not allowed unless there is defects.
2) We ensured quality goods without defects to be sent to you.
There will be a check on the products before we mail it to you.
If there is any defects found, it must be reported right away within a week (7 days),
or email at AmourApparel@gmail.com .
